We are pet friendly, but for everyone's enjoyment, if you are bringing your pet, you must complete and follow the pet policy.

Refund Policy:

A $50.00 service charge will apply to all cancellations of Race Reservations. NO REFUNDS will be given for cancellations made 30 days prior to race week.

NO REFUNDS will be given due to discomforts of nature, illness, work schedules or early departure.

1 night’s deposit required to confirm reservations.

Deposit required within 5 days of making reservation for Race Weekend.

NO sites held unless deposit is received.
